Available Positions:
Cottage Parents: We are seeking a Christian married couple who have a heart and passion for leading the next generation of youth. In this role, you will model what a mom and dad should be in a healthy and safe home environment, providing stability, emotional safety, guidance and care. Housing is provided.
Resident Cottage Manager: In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the residents’ schedule and expectations, ensuring the residents are meeting the goals for each phase. This is a full-time position. Must be willing to work overnight shifts.
Academic Specialist: In this position, you are responsible for fostering a thirst for learning and ensuring each student is completing academic goals in the school. This is a full-time position, M-F, non-remote.
Director of Counseling and Program Services: This individual will oversee and manage all counseling and program-related services.
Business and Operations Manager: In this position, you will be responsible for managing all the business and operations related aspects of the organization. This is a full-time position, M-F, non-remote.
Director of Community Relations and Events: This individual is responsible for establishing relationships with other community organizations and businesses, and managing all events for the organization.
Grounds Manager: This person will be responsible for keeping the grounds manicured and well maintained, including mowing, weed-eating, trimming, edging, blowing and more.
Executive Assistant: This person will work directly with the President to assist in various areas. Excellent administrative skills are required.
