Bart attended New Mexico State University, where he was a two-time All American.  He has three PGA Tour victories, including  the Texas Valero Open, the Memorial and the 2005 Tour Championship where he beat runner up Tiger Woods by six shots.  Bart has been plagued by injuries and has fought his way back through 5 surgeries. He received the Ben Hogan Award in 2006.  He currently is 101st on the all time PGA Tour Money List.  He resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his wife Cathy . Bart, a pastor's son, came to know Jesus at an early age and grew up going to church regularly and serving the Lord.  "I am so blessed to have the Lord in my life.  I don't know where my life would have gone, if it weren't for the saving grace of Jesus Christ.  God has blessed me with a great family and with other strong relationships that have encouraged me to stay focused of him and not my circumstances.   I'm glad to be a part of the House of Hope Team.  It's amazing to see what God has done through the House the Hope to change the lives of teenagers."
